Ok. We have finally decided to book our late 2011 Summer Disney World vacation. My family consists of ME, wife, and daughters of 7 and 9. We have the FREE dining Plan. We will be going from 8/30 - 9/7. Take a look and provide any feedback on our current/tentative ADRs. Keep in mind that we have been to Disney world the last two summers (2009 and 2010) so we do have some experience. We look forward to any input you might have. Here you go...

8/30
==========
Arrival @ Coronado Springs around 1:30pm.
Park: Heading to MK asap
7:25pm - Crystal Palace

8/31
==========
Park: MK
2:20pm - Whispering Canyon Cafe (tentative)
Note: we may just do two QS meals instead for this day...not sure yet!

9/1
==========
Park: Blizzard Beach
7:15pm - Ragaln Road Irish Pub - DTD

9/2
==========
Park: Epcot
9:20am - Akershus Royal Banquet Hall (tentative)
Note: We are letting our two girls pick between this and Tusker house on our AK day!
7:00pm - Via Napoli (a first for us!)

9/3
=========
Park: AK
9:30am - Tusker House (tentative)
8:35pm - Ohana dinner

9/4
========
Park: Typhoon Lagoon
6:55pm - Chef Mickey's (heading to MK after for their magic hours til 1am!)

9/5
========
Park: HS
5:00pm - Cape Maye Cafe Buffet
Note: We will be taking the boat from HS to the Beach Club. We loved doing this last year. One of our all time faves!

9/6
=======
Park: MK
1:45pm - The Plaza for lunch
Note: It will be our last day considering our flight leaves from ORL at 7:30am the next morning. We figured we want to stay within the park. Plus we've never tried this!

Again, we look forward to any feedback/suggestions you might have based on our current plans. I'm sure I'll be making a few changes down the road!

Thanks!

I think everything looks great! :thumbsup2 We are not fans of Raglan Road after a couple of bad meals but I think everyone should try a place for themselves. The first meal we had there a few trips ago we did really enjoy but then the last two were just so-so.

We love The Plaza! Have found service to be a bit slow but the food is very good. It's pretty inside, too. Nice place to take a bit of a break in the MK!

The only change I would make is to dump the WCC which you already have as tentative. I would keep both breakfasts (TH and Akershus). The reason I say this is that The Plaza is a pretty inexpensive meal and is no where near the cash value of a TS credit. Pay for that one OOP and go for both breakfasts. :thumbsup2

My only question is not your restaurant choices, but a scheduling choice.

Will you be able to get up for rope drop (or soon after) for your HS day after staying at MK until 1:00 a.m.? That would mean around 2:00 a.m. before anyone gets to sleep.

I thought Akerhaus was way better than Tusker for breakfast. The food was better and so was the character interaction. I would keep Akerhaus. Also I would consider something other than WCC (at least for that time slot)

ETA I found EMH late night at MK a nightmare, it was so busy crazy when we went that I will not do that again in the summer, consider doing a park that isn't EMH they tend to be less crowded

Look great!!! I would personally also skip WCC and instead do a dinner instead of a lunch. I personally would rather do something nicer in the evening after I leave the park.
And I probably wouldn't choose WCC at all.

Looks like a good plan!
