Looking for Excel Help

Does anyone know of some kind of website, training spreadsheet, or something listing basic excel formulas and such.

There is a lady at work who needs a little help and I was hoping that someone may have some kind of training aid that I could send her.

This isn't online, but the try the book Excel for Dummies.

Seriously. It's part of the "Dummies" series (you know, those yelloow books) and I learned more about Excel from this book than I did taking an Excel class with a microsoft certified teacher! Amazon link
