Looking For Epcot Mickey Head....

First of all THANK YOU if you have or can find/make what I'm looking for.
I will try not to be too high maintenance as I'm looking for something fairly simple.

What I want is:

On a white backgroung, a Mickey Head filled in with the Flags from the F&W booths. In the Center of the Head will stacked 'Epcot' and '2013' in some type of classic Epcot font. Then in a circle around the head will have the names in the same font (only smaller) Ken, Debbie, Cierese, Morgan, Susan, Madison, Jacob and Ethan.

2nd thing I want and could do myself if I could figure out how to get other fonts to work on this computer would be a basic check list. TWO rows, with Check boxes next to the name of each booth set up for F&W. Then the whole thing framed (or just cornered) with Mickey Head Flags.

If anyone can do this I would be SO HAPPY and Thankful!!! We don't leave until 2nd weekend in October, but I have a total of 48 shirts as well as other things before then.

There may be others but Natalie has some great ones. She is not currently designing, so you would need to use them 'as is' but hopefully this helps. Be sure to click on the thumbnail and save the full size version.
