Just saw this post, I hope you found one. I would have recommended heading to Best friends pet care, they could have directed you.

We were in Disney about ten years ago, and as I was bringing our dog out for her morning walk she somehow got her skin caught on the pointy, bottom part of our door and ripped a HUGE patch of skin off her thigh. I called the front desk, and they gave me the name of a vet who was about fifteen minutes away. He was fantastic. I have no idea who the vet was anymore, but my point is-the front desk had the name of a great vet. I'm sure you could also google/investigate the names of some vets before a trip.
