My DS11 bought himself the iPod Touch 3rd gen. He bought a silicone case to cover the back/sides, and screen protector film for the front. I am still a nervous wreck though, so afraid that he will drop it. I am looking for a case that will allow him to leave the iPod in its silicone case, and put the whole thing into, to carry around or transport it, like when he goes to a friend's house.
Is there such a thing?
Thanks for your help!!

I love the iFrogz cases. DD (now 7) has had one for each of her iPod video and iTouch. They are super squashy and really tough. They also sell screen protectors, so far, the iTouch one we got last year is still in place with no signs of wear and tear.

Hi all.
Guys i bought new ipod touch last week and i need some good looking skin on it, So could anyone here please suggest me some websites providing ipod touch skins?

I am very much confused about whether to get the covers or skin for my ipad. I want to protect it from dust so that it always look like a newly bought. Please suggest.

get an otterbox it will kepp the ipod safe even if dropped

I bought one of these for my son's and he really likes it. I bought it online from otterbox.com. I also googled for a discount code and found one that worked.

I agree with this! I have one for my iphone- I dropped it out of the train to the ground (about a 4 foot drop onto rocks) and it was fine!

I have been very happy with Otterbox Commuter and Speck Pixelskin.

Otterbox Defender is one of the cases that will offer the most protect for iPhones and iPads.

Another Otterbox vote - I drop everything - and my phone still looks as good as new :thumbsup2 !!!

Otterbox all the way. DD fell and broke her glass(was being chased by a 4 year old:lmao:) took it in for repair... apple store guy ended up giving us a brand new ipod since we were honest about it. I am sure my dd's skinned knees and beautiful smile helped. I asked him to sell us a better case and he told me to just order an otterbox. Got them off ebay for about $25 each, they are great!

Every one of our gadgets has Ghost Armor over it to protect the screen, and all of my husband's gizmos have an Otterbox case. We have had good luck with both. I didn't want the bulk of an Otterbox, so I have a CaseMate Pop! Case for my Iphone.

I have purchased skins from skin it but prefer unique skin.com . You can create any skin you want, customize it and they are only $6.99 each. unique is half the price of skin it. I have used Jack Sparrow, King Leonidus from 300, and holiday skins. DH uses an Otterbox . I was surprised to use some of my wallpapers since I thought they might be licensed. I have to use a new protector every time I chnange skins on my IPhone.

Another happy Otterbox customer here! We use the "defender" series as they are the most sturdy. We have them for our IPhones and IPod touches! FANTASTIC! I have found them the most reasonably priced on Amazon (about half of retail!)

Does anyone else have a problem with the rubber part of their otterbox CONSTANTLY coming up? My dd has an otterbox for her iPhone and the rubber is always coming up and she has to push it down and smooth it out. It's a complete pain. We have two lifeproof cases on pre-order, but I'm wondering if this problem with the otterbox is normal.
