Not sure where to post this so I'll try a few places:
We've just adopted German Shepherd pups from a local rescue and one is named Beau and that suits him but the other is named Duece which I don't really like and it doesn't really suit him either. The woman at the rescue organiztion told us to feel free to change the names sine they probably don't really know their nems well yet. So I was trying to think of a name to go along with Beau - maybe something from Disney - any Disney movies with characters that were named Beau who might have had a friend?

I'm assuming the name beau is pronounced "bo", so I though of Beau and Luke, like from the dukes of hazzard..
How about Tye...so you will have a Beau Tye..

congrats and good luck w/ your pups! we have 2 german shepherd pups (brother/sister) who are 7 months old and they're awesome!!!

neeka and odin are their names... my dh loves *god* names. I really wanted Bonnie and Clyde or something like that.

I don't really have any ideas for you... i'm not good at thinking up names. Just wanted to say congrats! :)

Beau and Doh
Beau and Hobo
Beau and Mojo

Jangles, Diddley, or Peep! Disney dog names Pongo, Tramp, Copper, Buster (from Toy Story 2) could work.

This is dateing me, but Jackson....like Bo Jackson the baseball phenom of the late 80's early 90's.

Congratulations on the dogs. I had a dog named Beau as a child and he was the BEST dog ever.

Beau is French, so how about something from Beauty and the Beast.

Gaston
Lumiere
Cogsworth
Maurice
Phillipe
Chip

And, now I can't get that song out of my head: Mr. Bojangles, Mr. Bojangles, dance!!

Brummel. Like 'Beau Brummel' from the 'Annie' song 'You're Never Fully Dressed Without a Smile':

"Your clothes may be, Beau Brummelly, they stand out a mile. But brother you're never fully dressed without a smile"

You might consider the German version of one of the Disney dog names.

One of our GSDs is named Baron von Drogenfhander (I think I spelled it right, didn't check his papers). I was going to train him to be a narcotics detection dog, but then (joyfully) became pregnant and got out of law enforcement. Drogenfhander is German for narcotics detective. I went to a English/German translation site.

Or you'd have Tye Beau -- like the exercise craze from a few years back!!

I was going to suggest Jangles when I saw it from a previous poster. I also love Gaston from a previous poster. My girlfriend named her dog Gaston and I always love that name. Sweet dog too.
