I folded a piece of printer paper into 6 segments (so, in half, and then in thirds). then I put the date at the top corner of each "square".
Then, I put in the things that didn't happen every day on *all* the days they happened (like Fantasmic, or the Pirates and Pals cruise, or the Albatross cruise my son wanted to take).
Then, I decided on my highest priority thing based on how available it was. So, if Fantasmic was only on two nights, and Albatross was only on one day, and Pirates and Pals was on 4 nights, I knew that I *had* to schedule Albatross first, then Fantasmic, and then Pirates and Pals.
Then, if one of those options put us in a park (like Fantasmic) I decided on where we wanted to eat in that park. Then I could fit in the other days at other parks (and then decide where to eat at those parks)
After I crossed off the things we weren't doing on the days we weren't doing them (like the other 3 days of Pirates and Pals), then I put it in a computer template (but, I actually just used Microsoft Excel).
Good luck!
