Looking for Design

This will be my first time doing a custom shirt. I got the instructions from a different post and now I'am look for the design.

I did see one that caught my eye, it's the one with the name badge. I would like to do the following:

DAD
MOM
ABBY
JENNY
ANDY

Could anyone help me?

Is it a transfer?

That is a DISign of the stick people family. I modified it and printed it out myself. I know they are still making it here, I will go and find a link

OK, here is a link to a thread that was making the stick people. I LOVE this DISign and make it every year now! Last year I put the print on a red shirt and it was even cuter (IMHO )
