Looking for Decorative Card Stock for Invitations

I want to make invitations for my daughters birthday, and wanted to see where to find decorated card stock. I see these people selling invitations on Ebay with beautiful card stock (i.e. colored circles, stripes, etc). Anyone know where I can find this kind of card stock to make my own invites???

Do you have any craft stores in your area - like Hobby Lobby, Michaels, AC Moore, Jo-ann's? They usually have lots of great cardstock and HL has 50% off paper this week.
