First of all thanks to everyone who helped me with my ADR dilemma earlier :).

Now a quick update on the situation, we have since made ADRs for 5 out of 7 table service meals we are going to have during our vacation (POFQ 28.11.-5.12.2007); these include Crystal Palace, 50's Prime Time Cafe, Teppan Edo, San Angel Inn (all for lunch) and Boma (early dinner).

Now looking for suggestions for where to use our CS credits for dinner in parks (except AK due to the early closing time), DTD or resorts.
After an initial glance, we have come up with the following list: MK: El Pirata e Il Perico, Casey's Corner; MGM: Toy Story Pizza Planet, Electric Umbrella; Epcot: Yakitori House, Cantina San Angel; DTD: Wolfgang Puck Express. Any opinions about these restaurants would be really helpful, and we would like to have as many options as possible so new suggestions are more than welcome, especially CS locations in the resorts (obviously with some different meal options from Sassagoula Floatworks).

We are not planning to make ADRs for the remaining two TS meals that we are probably going to have at DTD. The theory being that we should be able to get a table at Wolfgang Puck Cafe/Planet Hollywood/Cap'n Jack's for dinner during the week without much hassle, please correct me if this is not the case :)

Thanks for reading,
Jo

I've only eaten at some of those CS places, so I'll include my favorites.

MK: I love both Pecos Bill and Cosmic Ray's. Cosmic Ray has more variety, but Pecos Bill has great burgers and the like. We also like Columbia Harbor House for light fare, like sandwiches and soup.

MGM: I do like Toy Story Pizza Planet. It has its detractors, but I've never had a problem with it. Backlot and the Commissary can be very hit or miss.

Epcot: Sunshine Seasons has a nice variety of things. I've never been disappointed there. And I love Cantina de San Angel.

mk- Cosmic Ray's has a nice family selection along with the horbour house for fish and Casey's is one of those places you just have to do (tradition) Pinnochio house has Pizza and cheese fries which you can't get anywhere else in MK.

EPCOT- The Land's sunshine seasons is our favorite there (you can easily do it a few times with different selections from salmon to sandwiches) along with Great Britian (fish) and America has just basic junk food and also a nice cesear salad.

MGM- we really try hard to avoid eating any counter service here. None of them are that great.

I wouldn't go into any place as a walk up without thinking you will wait at least an hour and may even be turned away. Just be prepared. Even a slow week at Disney you want to remember everyone still eats from 5:30-7:30 just like at home.

Just wanted to throw in the Earl of Sandwich as one of your Downtown Disney dinner choices. That place is always so consistently good when we visit that it gets a big thumbs up from me! I know it's only a sandwich, but they make em great.
