Looking for couple friendly resort for Aug 2015 honeymoon

My future bride and I are looking at honeymooning in Orlando and we're hoping to find a resort that caters more to adults or couples, as opposed to families. Does such a thing even exist in Orlando? We prefer Marriott, but are open to suggestions. Thanks!

Hilton Grand Vacation on International Drive a lot. The rooms were beautiful. There was a nice pool (pool bar seems nice as well), nice hot tub... The "Tuscany" theme of the resort was nice as well. We absolutely loved it.

We used a shuttle to get there and on our way, we went by the Waldorf Astoria. It was beautiful. Definitely the kind of hotel I would like to try at some point.

Sheraton Vistana Resort offers many activities for adults. Wine tastings, casino cruise excursions, Farmers Market, three bars (one is a fun Tiki theme), scuba lessons, etc. They also have a nice selection of recreation options for adults, like beach volleyball, shuffleboard, surrey bike rentals, etc. They have painting classes and stuff too. They definitely have lots of things for families, but they cater very nicely to the grown up visitors as well.

I agree! A great place for adults. We got married there...it is very quaint and nice.

I think the more "activities" you find at any resort the more families that will be there.
