Just jumping in here for a second. Dance recital is OVER! Hooray DD9 super happy about getting her 5 year trophy and they were awesome!! DD76 happy about getting her trophy but sad the year is over.

Mom - I'm happy the day is done. I'm sitting on the couch and every inch of my body hurts and I didn't even dance!! I'm the back stage mom for both of their shows and it's a lot of work!

I just keep on focusing on the fact that we have less than 90 days until our trip!!! I can't wait!

We skipped the boat ride . She seems fine today but who gets a fever for just one day and night? Whatever! Back to cleaning and sorting...and packing...

Know what you mean about the extra $. I'm torn about staying on property next time with that condo being so inexpensive. BTW is the is the discount meal card only available to annual pass holders?

Cammie! I got the Vacation Planner on Saturday Loved the pic! I remember it from another post when we first "met." How fun!

Jim's step-niece had HS graduation yesterday. It was one of those comedy of errors kind of day We had it outside and it was windy as usual in the evening here. At least it was warm, 70. So after about 100 mike checks, the class gets all seated, and the principal's mike won't work - we waited for about 10 minutes! Then when they started playing the National Anthem, we couldn't hear the band. The mikes wouldn't work for the choir either Then the American flag blew down on the stage, and one of the teachers laid it on a chair, dragging on the ground So the crowd started yelling, "pick it up!!!" He picked it up and rolled around the pole and laid it on the chair. Then an older veteran came down and picked it up and held it. Everyone started cheering. He stood there and held it up the whole time. He was getting really tired and no one down there helped him or got him a chair or anything. It was really touching when he did that.

I'm in planning mode again! It was really bothering me that I don't have a ticker. So I took the planner and started figuring out our points. I think we need more points! Maybe if I have a really really big yard sale

I have to have the kids vote - I really want all of us to go to WDW together in the next few years.

Plan 1: Jim and I use our 90 points left from this year for our own trip to Vero Beach early in 2011. Then we go with 2 studios + 2 Bdr or 3 studios in March 2012 - Mark and Lindz should have Spring Break the middle of March.

Plan 2: We bank and borrow points and go with the Treehouse villa in March 2011.

Plan 3: We get a cottage at VB for 4 nights, then go to SOG for 3 nights and visit the world.

Maybe I won't suggest the third one, because it will make our park days too crammed with little ones. I think Ryan and Dana will have a 2nd one by then.

Thoughts?

You guys my shoulder are so tight! OMG You guys know by know how I get before I leave! It is not really fun to me. Fun will be Wednesday when I get on that beautiful Magical Express bus.

I almost forgot to pre order my photopass CD! That would have been terrible since for one the web page say the price is going up to 150.00 while we are on the trip. The other thing is they don't make it easy to order early. If you just go to the site it doesn't come up! I had it in my bookmarks! Well thanks to facebook DIS stating something about the photopass I remembered! So once again the Dis saved me money!!!!!

BTW Did I tell you I am supposed to get AF on Wednesday! Do you frickin believe it!

Good Morning!!

So we're going to school and work today - yesterday we all stayed home after the crazy dance recital on Sunday. We were all exhausted and my throat was killing me. Today the throat's no different today then yesterday.

So we wentto Target yesterday and on an endcap they had Disney mini-fans that have centers taht light up for $3. I loved that they were fans and that they lit up, two of our three problems for August - now I just need to get the fan misters at Wal-mart and I'm set.

We got the UP Wii game yesterday - lots of fun.

My confirmations for my September trip arrived yesterday...woohoo! About 3 weeks until I can book ADR's.

I am really far behind right now - I've gotten wrapped up in the Harpers Island tv show and the parallel story on harpersglobe.com. It is so much fun!!!

Anyway, I finally got a check from BSIL AFTER she emailed me a snotty message saying she would NOT send another check because she personally walked it to the mailbox, yadayadayada. Anyway, apparently her "research" into it, and claiming it was deposited, proved false, as she paid in full. Snot!

The whole possible adoption thing? Well, the father finally came forward and wants the baby. I don't know anything about him - he could have been a one night fling and he's not as bad as the mother. I really don't know. But better to have this happen now rather than after we took the boy in and had our hearts broken.

Weird how so many things all happen at once. The move, the adoption, BSIL. All done now.

I miss you guys and I'll be catching up soon!!!!!
