Oh, yes. Me too. And now, I'm the proud owner of one of THOSE kids. He is pretty good, but expects too much - and why shouldn't he? After all, that IS what I have taught him.
Oh the weaning. Five days, I'd be worried for me too!!! No, I'm hoping it should be smooth sailing. We get shots tomorrow, then maybe Sat down to once a day.
Hey, question. I have been checking out you tube. I had no idea there were so many people who video disney stuff there. Some of the rides I have ruled out based on books, have seemed not so bad when I watched the video.
If you had a turning 4 yr old who was big for his age (about physically the size of a 6 yr old) what rides would you NOT do? I think Everest would be too much, but I had a large list of things to avoid, now I'm wondering if I am wrong on that. (PS - we watched the Pirate ride that I had been warned about. Seemed pretty tame to both DS & me...

I'm sorry, but I have to laugh at this becaue I'm in the same boat. Remember those days before kids when you would see a child having a meltdown at the store, you'd turn your nose up and think, "my child will never behave that way?" Well, my child turned into that child!!!!!!There is such a fine line between rewarding and spoiling. My child is spoiled and I'm the first to admit it. She totally has only child syndrome. But it breaks my heart to see her sad (and believe me, she knows how to play me!), when that lip quivers, the eyes tear, and she tells me how she's the ONLY one without such and such. I was worse when she was younger, but now DH is falling into the trap.

Also, I thought you were leaving in 5 DAYS, not 5 weeks. THAT'S why I questioned you about weaning. Imagine, down to twice a day and leaving in 5 days! You had me worried!![]()
