Dang you Cammie. You make a lot of sense. So if you stay at BW, how quickly can you be in your room after the fireworks at Epcot?

10 minutes tops (depending on how fast you want to walk - of course, you'll want to hit the Rose & Crown pub are your way out - they ALWAYS stay open a little later to accommodate those lingering guests!)

AND, like Cammie said, you are not fighting the crowds heading for the front entrance, you just kinda duck out the side and head "home." At MK, you fight the crowds out the front entrance, to the monorail, then "home." I don't think you're gonna sell Cammie or me on monorail resorts (sorry, Debbie!). We're EGs (Epcot Gals!). :thumbsup2

?

I think DD will love it! (I may be creating a monster though!)

Good for you! Isn't seeing them after they've been gone the best feeling? It lasts about 10 mins. though! JK. Isn't it funny? Pedicures at age 12? My girls have been getting them for a few years now (not at fancy places!). Boy have times changed since we were kids! I feel like the crypt keeper!

Congrats on the trip! Glad DD is better. Still trying to get over you calling me a loser in your last email

!:rotfl2: Glad you are still hanging with us. It's not easy. This thread zips all over the place. I can't keep up myself. I feel so guity when I think I missed something and sometimes I get a complex when someone doesn't answer me or my post (cause I am crazy).

Thanks! We are not big time gamblers, but love to gamble w/the daily allowance, see shows, people watch, eat, shop...It's one of our fave adult places! I don't remember calling you a loser! It's the Alzheimer's. I wouldn't notice when no one replies to my notes!

Love it!! Today I feel like the worst mom because I sent DD to school today. She was feeling better, no fever this AM or yesterday. Yesterday, I felt like the worst mom because I had to go into work for a couple of hours and she was at home by herself. She is perfectly fine to do that, but it makes me feel bad. I never would have thought of leaving DD14 alone for a few hours at 10, but it's different w/the second one. We didn't let DD14 watch Rugrats when she was 3/4 yrs. old. We thought she would learn bad things from Angelica!:lmao: I hate to admit what we let DD10 watch at that age w/her older sister.

I refer to myself as a BW Snob!:snooty:

To get to MK, the Epcot resorts have bus service; or, if you feel like it, can cut through Epcot (again, stopping at Rose & Crown first) to get to the monorail.

Well, I vote for POP, buses and long bus lines. (It's all that I will spend the money on. I'm cheap.):rolleyes1 On that note, I am signing off!

Bus is an ugly word, Cammie. I honestly think we will spend 3/4 of our time at MK. And most of that will be rolling into our room at 8pm latest - except fireworks maybe one night.

Seriously, considering the age of your kids, you probably are better off at MK, especially if you don't think you'll be enjoying the nighttime activities too much.

Yes, you will be - I took DD for her 6th bday and she begs to go with me all the time now!!!! I don't go very often, but she's begging me to schedule appts before Disney so I probably will....

Debbie, ok let me get this straight. If you stay at a monorail resort, you can ride the monorail to MK, right? And if you transfer at TTC you can ride on to Epcot, right? But you still have to take bus to DHS and AK!!! If you stay on the Boardwalk, you can walk to Epcot, THEN hop monorail to MK if you want, take a boat to DHS, so that only leaves one park to ride the bus - AK. We win on the boardwalk, Cammie! :rotfl2:

Do you hear what your saying to a women with a 2 & 5 year old?

Hey when's the last time you folded up a stroller and put it on one of those buses!

SERIOUSLY...you have to try the monorail at least once.

And yes, I love Kari's thread "Just for Grins." She's so creative!!!!
Me too!

I am being ganged up on now!!!
So I am pulling the pix out.

Debbie - do you still need a stroller other than WDW for you 5 yr old? I'm eyeing a McLaren stroller. They have a double that looks nice, but I figure at some point DS is going to revolt.

I want to keep annoying all of you but I have to go to the mall while DH watches my kids!

Okay, girls. I think until DD gets a little bigger that the Monorail wins. Now when the youngest gets around 4, we may try the BW. It sounds lovely. But i know with DS what a pain it was with the stroller. With TWO? I don't know that I could handle that. I don't think there is enough booze in Epcot. Heck, at this point I'm even giving serious consideration to the Contemporary since it would be less walking once the monorail stops than the Poly!!!

I am doing it because I have heard that people want them all the way up to age 8 even so they don't have to listen to the whining!
I do two so we aren't so wide and in case we split up.

I like to win!!! No seriously YOU WILL NOT regret it! Some people just don't want to pay the outragous amounts but I am always thinking "there's a reason it's expensive" It's the best baby!!!!!!!!!!!
