Looking for Boardwalk points, Dec 2003

Here is my situation. I am closing on a Boardwalk re-sale in the next week or two. Our first trip will be Dec. 6-14th 2003. Friends of ours from Portland would like to join us. To stay in the same place is us, they would like to rent points. They would want a standard view studio. I calculate 105 needed points. I would perhaps want to have the points transferred into my account (as soon as I have one that is LOL) so that I could book both rooms at the same time at the 11 month window.
