Looking for birthday invitation (surprise trip to Disney)

Our trip to Disney in August is a total surprise for our two sons. My birthday is 2 days before we arrive at Disney. We are planning to have dinner/cake with family that night and I am planning to have two boxes wrapped for our sons to open. Our youngest son's birthday is two days after mine - so we will celebrate his birthday that same night. Inside each box will be a Mickey balloon that will float up when it's opened and I want to have an invitation for a surprise birthday trip attached to the end of each balloon in gold envelopes. I have no idea how to make the invitation and was hoping one of the talented DISigners here would be able to help me. What I'm looking for would be an invitation for our family to come and celebrate my son's 2nd birthday at Disney World (sent by Mickey). I hope this is making sense.

If someone already has something like this made, please let me know. If not and you are able to help, I would be sooo grateful! I will need 2 invitations and I will make the gold envelopes myself.
