Looking for Big Thunder Cole Slaw Recipe - anyone have it?

I have searched and searched but cannot find a copy of the vinegar-y type cole slaw that was served at Big Thunder BBQ a couple of years ago. It was not a mayo-type cole slaw but more of a vinegar-y type.

Anyone here have a copy of the recipe you could post?

1 large head cabbage, shredded
1 carrot, shredded
1 small onion, diced
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon celery seed
1 teaspoon mustard seed
1 1/2 cups white vinegar
Preparation:
In a large bowl, combine veggies. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over vegetables and stir well to blend. Refrigerate for 1 day before serving.
This is from a about.com in their southern cooking section and is just an approximation. They also add green pepper but I dont think the thunder ranch slaw has green pepper...
