Looking for Best Jacuzzi Tub Suites - January 2004

My fiance and I are looking to find a nice Jacuzzi Tub Suite for our honeymoon in January. We're looking for nice and quiet if possible, but not over priced or extravagant.

Also, transportation by the "facility" would be a nice feature.

We currently have reservations at the Caribe Royal in the Deluxe King Suite, but I've never seen the room/tub/resort.

Having never been to any of the resorts, villas, or other hotel...we could use any advice we can get.

Any ideas?

disney's OKW has a wonderful one-bedroom 16 points per night - should run around $160 (or less if you find a bargin) per night. Go to the DVC rental/trade site on this board and make sure you read Doc's FAQ before you start looking.

You are on Disney property so WDW transportation is what you would get. Now if you are more interested in US/IOA or SW don't stay on WDW property.

the whirlpool tub is very nice - very big.

most of the timeshares in the area will have whirlpool tubs in their 1 or 2 bedrooms. Transportation will be another story

My dh and I stayed in the Marriott Palm Villas--I think that is the correct name. It was on the same property as the Marriott World Center Hotel. We had use of their great pool, etc. The villa was very nice, it had 2 bedrooms with the master having the jacuzzi in the room. It was a tad outdated decor wise, but clean. We used my dh's Marriott Club points, so I am not sure what the rate would be. Again, this villa was very nice. We also stayed in the Sheraton Villas, but I forgot the name of the villas, maybe VIstana Resorts. It is one of the biggies down in Orlando-it was nice but not as nice as the Marriott Villas. Enjoy--and don't forget candles!

All of the 1 bedroom DVC properties have jacuzzis. Almost all of the timeshare properties have jacuzzis. Hotel Royal in DTD also has nice rooms with jetted tubs. Wilderness Lodge has a few honeymoon rooms with jacuzzis.

A jacuzzi is now a REQUIREMENT for my Orlando stays so I usually do the timeshare properties. The ones I know that do NOT have them in all or most are the Windsor Palms, the Celebration Resort and the Polynesian Isles. Most of the others do but you can check first by doing a search on their amenities. Some will list jacuzzis but will not include them in ALL of their rooms. I skip over these places!

you need to remember to add $195 plus (I think it was $39) to the price.

the middle two are kind of high for my taste - but you know what can afford - this is for a week.

If you can try to rent some DVC points and look into renting a 1 Bdr villa at Wilderness Lodge. That would be very romantic in January.
My anniversary is in January (21 years) we are staying a weekend there. It has a Jacuzzi garden tub.

We are also staying a weekend in January at Club Sevilla in Orlando they also have Jacuzzi tubs in the bedroom. Just not as close to Disney but very pretty. Our room is only $90.00 a night. We have stayed there before.
If you do a search on google for Club Sevilla in Orlando you should find it. But make sure if you stay there you request a jacuzzi room. Oh and Call on the phone, don't email I don't think it works.
