Looking for Beignets

We've heard that POFQ has beignets. I have scoured the net looking for items offered at POFQ eateries and can't find them anywhere. Can some one help?

Just a warning - these are not Cafe du Monde type beignets. When they are cooked they puff up, but the dough will be a slightly chewy shell with an empty middle - like they took two slices of dough and pressed them together. They're still good, just not what you get in New Orleans or out of the box at home.
