I have been searching airport hotels for a few days, not really with any intention of booking because based on past experience, my best deals are always in the weeks running up to the required date. Best price I could find was £80 (down from £109 average). However I noticed TCB was advertising Expedia hotel only bookings at 12.65% cashback rate so thought I'd have a look. Same hotel, £58 less cashback, which puts it at just over £50. That's half! The Premier Inn last year was more expensive than the Hilton so I wasn't going to hold out on a deal from them.

Just thought anyone having a look might want to check that out first. Deal expires in 5 days. Hopefully some more of you can go snag yourselves a bargain :goodvibes

I was emailed a 20% off deal the other day, then I look at the exception list and it included all major chains lol.

I did manage to get AKL for £1,093 pool view in August with 10% cash back though for a week, which I thought was a great deal!

I don't subscribe to Expedia's emails so I didn't get a notification of the discount code. For some reason this hotel was just much cheaper than it was anywhere else, although it didn't show as being discounted (i.e. line scored through old price with new price displayed, etc). But the Topcashback made it even better. :)
