Looking for advice on letter...

Is anyone good on proofing the following letter we would like to send to our local bank concerning one of their employees? Thank you!!

Dear Ms. Smith,

This letter expresses appreciation for Ms. Sandra Gibson, who we have come to know by Ms. Sandy.

We are writing to express our sincere appreciation for the outstanding service provided each time by Ms. Sandy when we visit your bank.

Ms. Sandy has always demonstrated exceptional customer service skills and assistance.

We ran into Ms. Sandy outside the bank and each time she not only recognized us, she once introduced us to her family.

We believe that Ms. Sandy’s dedication, professionalism, and cheerful outlook are a tremendous asset to your bank.

As someone who was a previous branch employee a letter like this would be very well received and appreciated.

“We ran into Ms. Sandy outside the bank and each time she not only recognized us, she once introduced us to her family.

We believe that Ms. Sandy’s dedication, professionalism, and cheerful outlook are a tremendous asset to your bank.”

Might combine those into one thought, something along the lines of her dedication and cheerful outlook are a tremendous asset and even extend outside of work hours when we have encountered Ms Sandy in the community.
