We're headed down to WDW in June for an "extra" trip. Long story short, we ended up getting annual passes that expire in July and I talked DH into taking one more trip!

On our regular, longer trips, we usually do the dining plan - mostly for the freedom of not thinking about the cost of our selections because we've already paid for it. We're not doing that this time, we're going to be paying out of pocket...with our slight discount for being pass holders.

We are thinking that we'd still like to do one table service per day, so we're thinking of where we might want to make our reservations. We're having trouble deciding...do we go with all new places, the old favorites?

So I'm asking all of you...what are your favorite table service restaurants, especially when not on the dining plan? Of course, we're looking for good value, but also where can you not pass up?

Hmm favorite place (and I think the best place in WDW) Jiko's. My families favorite place is Ohana's and I rank Boma as the best buffet in the land.

I had to go to Orlando for business last year. 3 nights after work, i did Artist Point the 1st night. California Grille the 2nd night.

The 3rd....let's just say i broke a promise to my kids. I didn't eat, instead i went and road as many rides as i could from 6-11pm :) at Magic Kingdom. i told them i wouldnt.

Jiko
California Grill
Il Mulino
Artist Point (others have had a bad experience there, we have not)

Not sure if you're including buffets - if so, our #1 meal at Disney is Cape May, followed by 'Ohana, then Trails End. Love the varieties.
The Wave - Breakfast only

We love lunch at Tusker House when touring AK. It was refreshing to try cuisine different from most in the park fare. We also really enjoy Akershus in Epcot. Our favorites are restaurants that combine unique atmosphere and menus.

We have never been, but are very excited to try Sanaa on our trip this October. We saw it on a list of most unique Disney restaurants and the menu (particularly the bread service) looked intriguing to us.

Almost forgot about Boma! Fun to stop by the savanna on your way to a tasty dinner.

Cape May was wonderful, but our favorite is Skipper Canteen at Jungle Navigation in MK. I just added it to our "before the passes expire" trip!

I like territory lounge. Also it's nice to have our main meal at lunch some days, when the restaraunts are not so crowded.

Jiko...our favorite by a landslide
Yachtsman
Narcoossee’s
Boma brunch
Hollywood Brown Derby Lounge
Raglan Road
Le Cellier
Morimoto
are also great
