looking for advice and Thank You

Hello folks
I've been reading these boards for quite sometime and I want to say thank you to all of you for the great information. We went to Disney World in June - our first trip - and the information that I found here made all the difference. We stayed at Coronado Springs and loved it. Now I'm thinking of a trip again this winter. June was a bit too hot for us to truly enjoy everything.

I am looking for information on two topics. We are thinking of a different resort only because we like to try new things. We really liked that CSR has central air - meaning there's no wall A/C unit. Are the other resorts like this? I am mostly interested in AKL, CBR or Pop Century.

My second question is, how crowded is it the last week of February (20th thru 27th) vs. Dec.19 thru 26. I was originally thinking Feb and hoping this would be after Presidents week - we don't have President week here - but I can't figure out when Presidents week is in 2005. Then I got an e-mail postcard from Disney for $79nt for a moderate that would be good on the Dec. dates.

From what I remember, CBR didn't have a wall unit a/c, but hopefully someone else will know for sure. It's been 7 LONG years since I was there. It is a beautiful resort tho!

The last week in February is Presidents Week. (Feb21 - Feb 27).

This is considered a peak time at WDW

Also you can look into POR and WL resorts. We stayed at them both and enjoyed our stay. If I had a choice from your selection I would probably look into AKL. This is just my opinion.

Also remember as you get closer to Christmas it gets extremely busy.

If you want to go in Feb. consider the weeks before Presidents week, but remember you will have Mardi Gras crowds from the 4th of Feb. thru the 12th.
