Looking for a website.....

I recently lost all of my bookmarks, but I had one for the anticipated crowd level for each day of (the year?) Each day was ranked 1-10 and it also listed best parks and parks to avoid. I think it was www. touring...tourguide....touring plans.....oh something like that.
