Looking for a Visa credit card w/no fee + no foreign transaction fees

I realize this may be a long shot, but I thought I'd ask you guys.

I want to find a Visa credit card with no annual fee AND no foreign transaction fees. We like to travel, and it's always best when traveling outside the United States to have a credit card with no foreign transaction fees.

I do have a Mastercard and an American Express card, but those aren't always accepted as easily as a Visa card.

Any suggestions? Thank you in advance!

My AAA Visa card through Bank of American has no annual fee or foreign transaction fees. I also earn rewards on this card. Capital One also has cards with no foreign transaction fees or annual fees.

Costco visa. No longer charging foreign transaction fees as of the end of January. Or barclay Uber card.

But really the chase sapphire preferred- 50,000 bonus points and fee waived the first year. Then get a new card next year

I have the Quicksilver card from Capital One that has no annual fee, no foreign exchange fee, and earns 1.5% cash back. Great card.

I've only used it in Canada and the Bahamas but another option to have in your wallet is the Discover It card. No foreign transaction fees, no annual fee and great rewards - especially for the first year.

My Bank of America travel visa card has no annual fee and no foreign transaction fees...I have used it on a few European vacations with no issues

Discovery card is almost useless in Europe. When DD was getting ready to go to college for a year in the U.K. Visa, Mastercard and American Express were the cards the program recommended. Also know in Europe, you may have issues if your PIN is more than 4 digits.

As for foreign exchange fees, I think others have addressed that. Seems i get offers every week for a no annual fee credit card. Didn't realize any cards actually charged an annual fee anymore.

OP didn't mention where they're traveling to and I named 2 specific countries I've used it in case they wanted an additional option. The rewards are better than most I have in my wallet which is why I recommended it.

Absolutely this - if Chase is open to you. Those 50,000 points can make a big contribution to your travel plans.

At the end of the first year - downgrade to Chase Freedom - no annual fee and 5% rotating categories.
