I have posted this also on the Cruise Board as the particular type of recipe I am looking for was sampled at the Palo Brunch.
This Stollen wasn't 'just' bread, it was very light and filled with some sort of almond paste...I can't tell you how delicious it was!
Anyhow, I quite fancy trying to make this myself for Christmas, but every recipe for Stollen I've come across is just the regular bread...and naturally, now I've set my mind on making <b>only</b> the type I tasted in Palo, no other will do
Can anyone help?
