Hello everyone! I've been posting for roommates for the last couple of years. I've found wonderful roommates during that time. One of my roommates has decided to leave Disney to go back to Pennsylvania (and get married!) so I'm on the search for another roommate.
Here are the details:
Rent is 250 a month before utilities. The house is actually furnished (we happen to have our own furniture but there's an assortment of beds, nightstands, lamps that are currently being stored in the garage.
You would be sharing the bathroom with only one other person. Of course we have a washer, dryer, refrigerator, and dishwasher.
Utilities (cable, wireless internet, electricity, water, pool) come to between 75-125 a month (obviously based on AC usage mainly). You'd be splitting the utilities and cost to maintain the house, and basic amenities like paper towels and toilet paper. The pool maintenance cost comes to about 10 dollars a month.
The house is in a very convenient part of Kissimmee. We are no more than 2 minutes (driving) away from a 24hr Walmart. Practically every food place, and about 10 minutes from the Loop (a local strip-mall type place, very big, lots of stores). We are about 15-20 minutes away from Disney (depending on how far into Disney you're going. I'll be happy to provide a specific address to anyone interested.
For any of you who are more into the entertainment side of living, I provide the house with a 46" Sharp Aquos tv, as well as a Wii, PS3, XBOX360 as well as a fairly good game and DVD/Blu-Ray collection. Also a 7.1 Surround Sound system.
Besides the entertainment selection, I love to cook so we also have a good assortment of cookware/appliances.
We're all really nice people and all are working at Disney in various departments, we all just graduated within the last couple of years. FYI In the last 2 years we've had 2 girls room with us and they'd be happy to vouch for us.

The room will be available at the beginning of November and we're flexible with how long you want to stay with us (no less than 6 months at a time).
