Looking for a rental from WDW for 1 day

Hi folks,
We will need to get a rental for one day during our WDW vacation, going to Kennedy Space Center. My in-laws will have a car but it is too small for all seven of us. We will be able to give them 2 of our kids, maybe all 3 if we're lucky. Who's the closest and the easiest to use.

I was just over on their website and was a little shocked at the prices. I figured I'd pay a lot for a 1 day use but it's still a little steep. Once we make certain of the day we're going to need a car I'll see if I can get a good rate from priceline.com. I've done that before with good success.

Dollar is at the Courtyard by Marriott on Hotel Blvd. I used a code at Mousesavers (CD24, I think) a couple of weeks ago. I rented a compact for 1 day for about $35 including all taxes.

you may not want to use PL for a single day car rental. You may have to go a long way to pick up your car for a savings of just a couple of dollars.
