Looking for a quiet townhome

We looking for a 3 or 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhome or condo for 4 adults within 15 minutes of Disney. The ideal townhome would be one that is quiet (maybe geared more toward older adults than families with children) and in a quiet area. Two of our group are smokers, but outside smoking only is fine, since they usually smoke outside anyway. We would also prefer something that is within a short distance to the pool area, and is less that $150 or so a night for the week of Thanksgiving. The Villas at Island Club sounded like a possibility, but it seems there is some sort of change going on with it. Also considering Venetian Bay, Regal Palms, Windsor Hills and Windsor Palms. Any other ideas anyone?

Windsor Hills was great when we were there. The townhouses are 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom. One of the bedrooms (and bathroom) is on the main floor, 2 are upstairs. Very close to the pool.
The condos are even closer to the pool...I think they come in various sizes/layouts.
The community was very quiet when we were there in March. Remember, during the day most people are at the parks. In the evening, the community asks for quiet (no loud patio parties) after 10. We saw a whole range of retired people, families with all ages of children, etc. We wouldn't hesitate to go there again.
We haven't stayed at any of the other communities you've mentioned, so I'm also interested in any other replies you get!

Try looking at these. I just picked this one house. We stayed in Hampton Reserve last year. Only we had a 7 BR 4BA. Each has their own pool. If I remember correctly, only 15 mins from Disney, 5 mins from Grocery store & dollar store. Owned by a wonderful family in the UK. When my parents listed that there were 2 infants, the owners called my parents and asked them if we needed pack&plays, high chairs. strollers, etc. When we got there, it was all there for us. Had a game room & to me the best part was each has their own pool, some with jacuzzis, so yes, the pools were very close. Although we didn't use them, they all have washer & dryer. Just another thought. We had a great time and would stay again! Let me know if you have any other questions. One more thought. You put your info in (4 BR 2 BA etc) and they will give the homes that fit your needs. They hjave pics of different areas of the house. Good Luck!
