I have one of the playards for babies, and I am having troulble getting the sides up. Is there a secret? What am I doing wrong? If someone knows I would be so grateful. Thanks Jo

Make sure you are locking the sides in place before you push the "floor" down all the way.

It is not even for a baby its for the dogs, I use it for after there surgerys. It is so great for it. I threw the first one away because I thought it was broken. So I bought another one when my dog had the second surgery. Then I put it away. The dog I babysit is being spade, then mine other one gets to have surgery. My hands are full. But again thank you other wise I might have thought this one was broke. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!! Jo
