Hi all
As you know, I have been doing the C25K. I will complete the program on Saturday morning
I am pretty darn proud of myself! Anyhow, I still have a few issues that I was wondering if you could help me with. You are my idols
My first issue is sucking wind. Seriously, when do you learn to breath! I have to complete nearly a mile before I get any sort of breathing rhythm down. It makes the beginning of my run miserable. Also, I can't find anything to eat that doesn't totally weigh me down of leave me totally exhausted. If I eat before I run, it makes me feel like a want to hurl. But if I try to eat light, I don't seem to have the energy I need. Any advice?
