Looking for a House that sleeps 11...suggestions

We have no real preference of place, so unfamiliar with Orlando area. Just wondering if you can suggest a house for a group of 11 (5 kids). Thanks

The owners were great to work with. We had 6 kids and 6 adults. Kids loved the pool - it was a great size. House was in a quiet area. House was clean and was exactly as described and looked exactly like the pictures.

Not sure....on the map it looks like it is north. I know that in mid June we had sun most of the day on the pool. We spent almost a whole day out there in the pool and with the covered patio seating area it was nice to be able to be out of the sun to eat.

It's a little more expensive but sooooo big and comfortable. We all had quarters we could retrieve to when we needed privacy (6 bedrooms : 4 kings and 2 with 2 twins) and no fighting over bathrooms since the 4 masters had connecting bathrooms and there was also another full bathroom as well as a half-bath downstairs.

Great communication with the owners/management since they live nearby. We had some trouble with the water heater and everything was fixed quickly and efficiently.

It was our first time in a gated community (the house is in Emerald Island) and it gave us an added sense of security. Plus it's very close to the parks (especially when you use Sherbert Road!) and there are many stores/shops close by. We really appreciated the Winn-Dixie for our last minute grocery shopping when we came back home

I highly recommend this house for a big group!

For sure look in the Davenport/Disney area on VRBO (Vacation Rentals By Owner). We have booked our 5 bed/4 bath rental with pool through here and there are just so many place, 10-15 minutes to the parks and far enough away from the hussle and bussle of Orlando.

You can get an awesome 6 bedroom on VRBO with a private pool, games room, etc.. for $200 a night or less.
