I didn't want this question to get buried in the other I-95 hotel threads, but we are looking for a clean (preferably newer) and inexpensive (but not cheap) hotel anywhere between Jacksonville and Daytona. We're not looking for a beachfront hotel, but we would like to spend a morning at the beach before we head to Orlando that evening for check-in.
Has anyone had experiences with hotels in this area?
Any advice would be appreciated!
