I don't know if anyone can help, but I'm trying to find a good book on the history of WDW, with special attention to the rides and attractions.

I have "Since the world began" but it's a little light on the kind of in depth ride hitories I'm looking for (i.e. good pictures, descriptions of the rides, why things changed, etc)

I guess, what I'm really after is a "potted" version of kind of books produced for Pirates of the Caribbean and the haunted mansion, but covering things like "If you had wings" and "Mission to Mars"

Can anyone point me in the right direction? - sorry if this is a little vague. Thanks a million!

Now that is a good question and a tough one. I have a collection of Disney books and I can't say that I know one that will cover attraction history in depth like that for each attraction. There are some wonderful websites out there that go into detailed history for some attractions. However, if you find the book you are looking for please post back about it here because I would want one of those too.
