I bought a cute bundt pan at target the other day, with hearts on it. perfect, since on valentines day I'm having a morning get together for moms and their 2 and 3 year olds (kids that will be with my kids in preschool next year). I don't really want to make a cake-cake, but think a coffee cake could be good. any good recipes?

I had to dig out my receipe since I haven't used in it in forever but this has gotten great replies

Southern Living's Chocolate Chip Coffee Cake
1 cup semisweet chocolate morsels
1 (16oz) package pound cake mix, divided
1 (8oz) container sour cream
1/2 cup milk
2lg eggs
Streusel Topping

Stir together chocolate morsels and 1 tablespoon cake mix, set aside.

Beat sour cream, milk, eggs and remaining cake mix at low speed with an electric mixer 30 seconds or until blended. Increase speed to medium and beat 3 more minutes.

Spoon half of batter into a lightly greased 13x9 inch pan, sprinkle morsel mixture evenly over batter.Spread remaining batter on top. Sprinkle Streusel Topping evenly over batter

Bake at 350 for 25 min or until a wooden prick inserted in cnter of cake comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.

Streusel Topping
1/2 cup brown sugar
2Tbs all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsps ground cinnamon
1 cup chopped peacans, toasted
2Tbs melted butter or margarine

I also have a couple others that I don't use as often as the chocolate chip one.
