Looking for a few T-Shirt Designs

Hello Talented Disigners!
I would LOVE someone to help me with a "Jack Sparrow" or "Pirates of the Caribbean" Mickey Head design for a t-shirt. One with "Lucas" in one ear and "WDW 2014" in the other ear, but no name/WDW in the ears is fine too.
Same little man would really love a t-shirt design that says "Keep Calm and Grab Your Jar of Dirt" quote from the Pirates of the Caribbean.
Also,
-"Elsa" Mickey Mouse head design for a t-shirt.

-"Anna" Mickey Mouse head design for a t-shirt.

-"Olaf" Mickey Mouse head design for a t-shirt....with our without "Liam" in one ear and "Disney World 2014" in the other ear.
This little guy, Liam, is turning 5 while we are at Disney World. We will be at Magic Kingdom that day. Anyone have a cool 5th Birthday design?

If I am messing up requesting designs, I apologize! All the different sites, threads, rules, etc are making my head swim. I understand though. You guys work hard and do an amazing job!

We leave for Disney World on June 27th! Can't wait to go back! It's our 2nd trip!!
