Looking for a digital camera for about $200/easy to use

we just bought a $199 Nikon digital for our 5 yr old to use when we go to disney. So this is an easy to use camera, trust me.
I know you all think I'm nuts to give a camera like that to a youngster, but my DH and I are horrible at taking pictures,,,,not that they come out bad, just we forget to take them. I know my 5 yr old will....lol, and she can print these, and we can put them in a book so that years from now she will have a book of memories from when she was 5. (from her perspective)

I know I should buy the disposables,,,but I don't get them developed either,, my 2 other children went to disney with this same idea in mind 12 yrs ago. and I never developed the pictures :teeth:

I have a Kodak easyshare too. I did not buy the printer dock though. but I have only printed one set of pictures. I just go to Walgreens or Ofoto.com.

I got a free memorycard with mine. It was 199.99 at OfficeMax I think.

Just bought my Canon PowerShot A85 on Thursday for $229, original price $279.99. They had many different styles on clearance with a variety of prices, lower end to higher end. I don't think the online store has the same clearance as the store. I have been very happy with my camera so far. I am still figuring out some of the details, but the actual picture taking part is very easy. Good luck! :goodvibes

I just bought the same camera tonight at my Target for $137.00 plus tax

I would go back and see if they have lowered the price at your Target and if they have another one see if they will price match or let you return.

Have not gotten to use it much so I can not comment on whether I like it better than my Fuji but it does have some features my Fuji doesn't. Like nightshots and video with sound. Now if the pics are as good as my Fuji this will be my camera of choice for WDW.

Unfortunately Target will not price match on a clearance item. I couldn't return it cause I have already used it. But I am still fine with what I paid. It's a great camera, I'm sure if I had waited on it to go down in price they would have been all gone! But I am happy for you, I love getting a great bargain like that.
