Hi, I'm looking for a D.D.B, Disney Diet Buddy! I want to lose some weight before my up coming vacation, now I know I only have 2 months but I'd like to try and take some weight off! Here's where you come in! I really need someone who will poke, prode, encourge, inspire me to lose all the weight that I can!!!! Please if you want to be a D.D.B, then let me know!!:cheer2:

I'm definitely willing to be your D.D.B. I always feel more motivated to exercise and eat healthy when I have someone doing it with me and is helping me to stay on track. I'm currently trying to lose about 100 pounds :scared1: I'm not sure of the amount of weight you are trying to lose. Your upcoming vacation sounds like a great motivator (other than becoming healthier of course :) )

Hi, I'm trying to lose about 115 pounds, so I've got about as far as you do to lose, and more!!! I'm really looking forward to Disney and I had fun last year, but I was also big then, and finding cute disney stuff to wear in my size was no fun at all!!!! I'm from MD, where are you from? Have you started an exercise routine yet>

I've started to go to the gym 3-4 times a week, but when I'm at work, I eat constantly, I guess it must be the stress!!!!

Here's to us losing the weight, and no longer being what I've been called, "pooh sized"!!

I'm from Michigan :) As far as an exercise routine, I've been making it a priority to go to the gym every day and do at least 20 minutes of cardio and then some strength training. The first few days were rough and I wasn't feeling very motivated. Now that I've been going everyday for awhile, it's become much easier to go as it's become a part of my routine. I feel like getting by butt to the gym is half the battle for me :)

The food aspect has not been as easy for me as the exercising has. I have quite the sweet tooth, but have been pretty good about cutting waaay back.

As much as I love Pooh, I don't like being Pooh sized either. We can and totally WILL do this together :yay:
