Looking for a crowd report

We are leaving Baltimore early Friday morning for six days at POFQ. Looking for information from anyone who is there or was there last week.

Just back. The crowds are very managable. It always seems so crowded to me because of people just milling around who aren't actually riding things. But on Monday and Tuesday of this week the longest waits were 20-30 minutes and fast pass time to return would just be about 30-45 minutes. Except for Everest and Soarin. They had about a 50 minute wait posted but when we stood in line it only took about 30. Hope this helps.

We won't be entering Epcot until 4pm on Friday, any chance Soarin FPs would still be available? I know, it would have to be real slow season but I'm hoping......

I don't know. The day we were at Epcot in the afternoon was the saturday after Thanksgiving and by 2:00 the FP were all gone and the stand by line was 90-100 minutes. (Obviously the parks were very crowded that weekend) We went back to Epcot on Tuesday am at 9:00 and the stand by line was 50 minutes (but only waited 30) and the FP return was 2 hours later. It probably would depend on the crowd levels.
