Looking for a company to help me with changing ownership on DVC title

I was wondering if anyone out there has had any luck finding a reasonable agent to assist with changing the names on a title for DVC contracts. I recently divorced and had 2 contracts, my ex is taking one and I am taking one. I already have the paperwork from member administration, I just need someone to help with the process. I am in Florida. If anyone has an recommendations, I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks!:confused3

I would guess that any title company or real-estate attorney could do it for you. You can always call a century 21 or Caldwell banker in your area and ask who they recommend for their title work.
