Looking for a cars design

I saw this one a few days ago and forgot to save it. Now I can't find it. I spent HOURS last night looking for it. Can anyone help me?

It is the one at the top left with the five CARS squares.

I'm pretty sure that is Deb's (My3Princes) design. She is currently in WDW, but she does have a thread around with her designs in it.
