Cooking Looking for a Cajun Cream Sauce

I am looking for a cajun cream sauce to put over fish. A low fat version would also be great. Ruby Tuesday use to have tilapia served with a cajun cream sauce. I would love to try it on my own. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
