Looking for a 1900 Park Fare recipe

Hi!

I was just thinking about a recipe I had at 1900 Park Fare in 2005 (which I forgot to ask for the recipe!). I believe that it was for a Chorizo stuffed Pork Roast, or something like that.

Does this sound familiar to anyone? Do they still serve it? If so, I'll write to them and ask for it!

I'll post this on the restaurant thread if no one knows anything about this.
