Looking for 4BR pool home

We're planning a trip for the end of February so I can run the Princess half marathon again. For the first time, we're planning on renting a house. We're going with friends of ours, so I'd like a 4BR home with 2 master suites. I'd prefer the kids' bedrooms to be Disney themed, and at least one of them needs to have 2 beds. We want our own pool because frankly packing up the kids to go to a communal pool is stressful. We'd like to stick to $80-$100 per night, preferably on the lower end. lol

I've been looking at listings for hours, and there are so many to choose from. I figured before I start contacting owners, I'd see if anyone on here has a suggestion. I'd feel a little more comfortable with a recommendation from a DISer rather than a random stranger's review online. Thanks!

Oh, and it would be a HUGE selling point for us if it had baby amenities so we don't have to take our stuff down. I'm planning on driving my Elantra; not much room.

I found a 4/bed, 3 bath pool house on vrbo.com last summer. It is listing 256608. It was very nice. We had a great time and are looking to rent it again next summer. The owner was very easy to work with. It is in Sunset Lakes and very close to the parks.

We have stayed here http://www.vrbo.com/88561 and it was wonderful for us. Has the two master suites, private pool, close to stores etc, lots of baby stuff available (we didnt have babies with us) other bedrooms both have 2 twin beds in them, but not overly Disney themed.

The owners were wonderful and we got a great rate after we contacted them.

OP, I think your best bet will be to rent in Indian Creek to be close to WDW and meet your price point of $700 (or under) for the week; otherwise, you may have to go a bit farther away.

We rented the Fantasy House from www.houseforrentflorida.net (actually found the listing on VRBO, but this is their direct website. The homes are in Indian Creek. The owner was wonderful to work with and we were even able to meet him one day. The house we had did have some baby stuff, but I don't recall exactly what as I don't have that little any more.
