Looking for 4 bedroom pool home with game room

I would appreciate some links of homes that people have enjoyed that meet this criteria:

We want a hot tub, pool and game room (air hockey is the most requested!) And, would like privacy around the pool - shrubbery or backing up to an open area instead of a house.

We stayed at Windsor Hills townhouse last time and really liked it but their 4 bedroom homes seem a bit high. I prefer the prices in Emerald Island and Sunset Lake. I am open to other neighborhoods though.

I am aware of VRBO and have been looking through them all, would just like some input from people that have stayed at a specific house and really liked it - there are so many to pick from.

We like to stay at Windsor Hills or Indian Creek. IC is cheaper and only about 3/4 mile down the road from WH!

I highly recommend this owner, he has 5 homes in Indian Creek. We really like Happiness House but they are all wonderful! http://www.houseforrentflorida.net/en/index.php The owner's name is Michel and we are booked there again for this october!

We have friends that stayed in Sunset Lakes through Florida Sun Vacation Homes - the name of the home is "Shamu's Sanctuary".

They loved it and said how peaceful and serene it was in Sunset Lakes. I would love to stay there but my DH only likes Windsor Hills.

Have you considered looking at Windsor Palms which is right near Windsor Hills? It is also gated like Windsor Hills and Emerald Island. I had found two homes there when I was looking to do a more budget type trip. We didn't stay there but these two look nice:

We always stay in Windsor Palms. Alison Meacham owns two houses there and is pretty reasonable and very easy to deal with.

We are staying in a 5 bedroom/4 bath pool home in Indian Creek in August. Her rates are only $625/week plus tax. For 8 nights, it ended up being $807. It has a pool and hottub, as well as a pool table, air hockey and table tennis.

We like the indian creek area as well. This house has 5 bedrooms but felt the rates were reasonable.

We're looking at it for 2012 and I emailed the owner yesterday with questions. He answered me back right away and I was very happy with his responses....now just have to coordinate the rest of the families.
