looking for 36-48 BW points

I am looking for BW points and a reservation for Dec 17, 2006 for 4 nights. A s-studio should be 36 points if available or a p-studio should be 48 points. I would like a standard non-smoking if available or a non-smoking Boardwalk view if standard is not available. Can anyone help me out? I have rented DVC points before with no problems and am willing to pay $9-$10 per point now to reserve the points until a reservation can be made in January. Thanks.
