Basically, it goes like this.... we get 4 people and we "draft" networks.... each of us draft 4 "teams" of 10, and it is a snake draft...
That means if you draft first in the 1st round, you draft last in the 2nd round, then 1st in the 3rd..... and you can't draft a network that has already been picked.
So, it would be like this
Player 1.... Picks HBO with the 1st pick in the draft
Player 2... Picks ESPN
Player 3... Picks AMC
Player 4... Picks NBC
Player 4... Picks NFL Network
Player 3... Picks Disney Channel
Player 2... Picks Food Network
Player 1... Pick History Channel
and so on........
After 40 networks have been picked by the 4 players, of which I will be one, we will list them on the community board and ask the folks there to pick which player's group of channels they would most prefer to watch.
Sound like fun?
Please only "play" if you DIS a lot.... you have 8 hours to make your pick or get skipped.... but the clock "STOPS" from 10PM Eastern until 8AM Eastern.... You can make picks then, but you don't have to. Don't pick out of turn. If you miss your pick, you lose your turn, and can pick up your missed turns after the 10th round is over. It is quite possible that you might end up making several picks a day if people stay on top of this.
OK, so I need 3 people who really want to play. Please do not sign up if you don't think you can play along.
