Looking for ~126 points for BCV 4-12 Sept

If at all possible, I am looking to rent points for a stay 4-12 September for a studio at the Beach Club Villas. Per the DVC Point Calculator, it looks it will require 126 points. Payment details negotiable.

Will be willing to PayPal a deposit for one to check if the dates are available (worth a try), reject the PayPal if dates not available, otherwise accept payment and once reservation made, remainder to be paid.
