Looking at Windsor Hills Dave Robinson units ?'s for ya'

Does anyone have a particular unit they like better? I'm looking at 2 bedrooms

Do any of the units have sleeper sofas? I couldn't find it mentioned, but the 2bdrm units say "sleep 6"


Am I reading that right, if you cancel 60 days before reservation you'll get all your money refunded?


I'm thinking of going ahead and booking even though it is so far out because I want to make sure I get one at his $299 rate (although weird thing is when I try to book any of those rates, per this page http://www.vacationcentralflorida.com/clickhereforrates.html, it shows for way more than the rates stated???)

We stayed in Unit 301, a 3 bedroom, last month. Very nice unit, but saying it sleeps 8 is a stretch. There was a sofa sleeper, and we could have moved the coffee table to open it, but we would have been stepping over furniture while it was open and it would have been very tight. Fortunately, we are only a family of 6 so we didn't really need to use the sofa sleeper. As it was, our family didn't fit at the table all at once as there were only 4 chairs, + 2 bar stools which were too high for the table and fit awkwardly in the room.

I haven't seen any $299 units either, and they were definitely available for the following August by this time last year because that's when we booked. All in all, we loved the unit and resort (except for the 10 pm pool closing time and grumpy pool attendants) but didn't really like the location (it seemed desolate and run down in the area surrounding the unit. The 192 area seems really run down lately). Next trip we're going to look at staying Lake Buena Vista again, possibly at Cypress Pointe or Grand Beach.
