Looking at the resorts if not staying there?

Hi,
I'm starting to plan my trip for next year in December. I know it's kinda early, but just trying to get ideas. We're going to be staying at a Disney resort (not sure which one). Will we be able to go and look at the other resorts, namely the deluxe ones, which I hear are beautiful at Christmas time? Will we be able to park our car in their lot for the time we are looking?

Yes, you can go to visit the other Resorts. YOu are allowed to park you car at the resorts to visit or dine or shop. If you are parking in (some luxury) their lot, you will get a pass with a time limit. I would take a bus to the ticket and transportation center and get on the resort monorail to visit the MK resorts. Take a boat to the WL. It is gorgeous!! Especially Christmas time at night. Once you go, you will have to go back year after year. Enjoy!

No problem visiting the other resorts. Just bring your Resort ID card to show the guard and let him know you are coming to see the decorations. Some resorts will give you a three hour parking pass. But you shouldnt have any problem visiting any of the Disney Resorts. Have a great time.

Be sure to visit the Boardwalk, Animal Kingdom Lodge, and Wilderness Lodge--those three are simply incredible in terms of decor at Christmas time
